1. DEFINITIONS
   

   In these Terms and Conditions, "Customer" refers to each person who plays at the Casino; "Game" or "Games" means any type of game offered by the Casino for Customer's play; "Licensee" means Anjouan Gaming (as applicable); and "Player Account" refers to a personal account opened with the casino in the Customer’s name.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in Games by a minor (a person below the age of 18) or with an unauthorized account is prohibited and shall be grounds for immediate termination of Customer's privileges.

4. USE OF SERVICES
   

   By registering with HISPIN CASINO, each Customer acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agrees to adhere to them when using our services. The casino may modify or cancel the customer’s player Account at its discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to, situations where it suspects fraud.

5. RULES FOR GAME PLAY
   

   All games offered on this website are subject to the rules which can be found under each game description and within these Terms and Conditions; each Customer is solely responsible for their actions in playing at HISPIN CASINO. Each Game has its unique rules and requirements, as defined by the relevant providers of that particular Game.

6. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
   

   Each bonus or promotion (the "Promotion") offered to a customer shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions and also the specific conditions outlined in the description of each Promotion. Only one account per person/household is eligible for any promotional offers from HISPIN CASINO.

7. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS
   

   HISPIN casino allows several payment methods (the "Payment Methods"), including cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH); we do not accept other currencies, except British Pounds. A customer's deposit is reflected immediately in their balance but withdrawals are subject to our standard processing times of 24 hours up to three days for bank transfers; transactions fees may apply.

8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   

   The following are general terms and conditions that apply to all player accounts:

   • The casino shall have the right, at any time and without giving prior notice, to modify or terminate Services;
   • Customer's account is subject to suspension or termination if their account has been inactive for a period of 12 months; customer agrees not to assign this Agreement or transfer rights under it. The player must be aware that he can withdraw his money within the maximum timeframes.

   Customer acknowledges that HISPIN CASINO shall have no liability to Customer for any loss, damage or other claim (regardless of how caused and whether based on contract, tort or otherwise) which may arise in connection with:

   • Any Game;
   • The Services generally; or
   • Our failure to provide the services.
